The Elite Process starts with a potential Member calling an Information Specialist at 1-800-411-3327 and making an appointment for an Interview with a Relationship Consultant, or by completing the initial Member profile form on our site.

Our Information Specialist will setup and appointment for you to visit with a Relationship Consultant at an Elite office near you. The interview process is an in-depth evaluation where you decide if an Elite Membership makes sense for you.

After becoming a Member of Elite you can expect the following:

• Next, the matchmaking process will begin and you will receive instructions about connecting with the unique and exciting people that you will be introduced to.
